Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or order placement for COD orders). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

We offer two shipping options for customers within Pakistan:

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 250 flat rate per order.
  • Free Shipping: Available on select orders or promotions — no minimum order value required when applicable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method for all domestic orders within Pakistan. Here's how it works:

  • Select COD at checkout — no advance payment required.
  • Pay the full order amount in cash when your package is delivered to your doorstep.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
  • If a COD order is not received or payment is refused at delivery, future COD orders from the same address may be restricted.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not offer express or overnight shipping.
  • COD is only available for domestic orders within Pakistan.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
